What Causes Tightness In The Abdomen, Excessive Sweating And Unintentional Weight Loss?
I have a really tight feeling in my stomach, chills/temperature swings, excessive sweating at night, unintentional slight weight loss, loss of appetite, persistent tiredness and lack of energy, coughing, general fatigue, constant headache, and nausea.

Hi,
Shin is a bony part just under the skin likely to be fractured after the accidental movement you had. Swelling & pain on weight bearing (standing) indicates injury to leg bone tibia. You should get the part x rated to diagnose / exclude the possibility of fracture (may be a hair line fracture or just a blunt injury to bone). You need consultation of an orthopedic surgeon.
