Hello, my question is about maintaining muscle strength and durability. I am a 59 YO male who still plays ice hockey. I work out with weights a couple of days a week. I had surgery 3 years ago to repair a torn bicep tendon in my left arm. I have been fine since then, but a couple of days ago I tweaked the muscle while playing hockey. No pain at the tendon site, but the bicep muscle itself feels like it has a slight pull. No pain when idle, but certain stretches or contractions cause a brief discomfort. I am wondering if there is a natural supplement that can help keep muscles flexible and strong, thus preventing further injury? I m not looking to bulk up, just keep my muscles healthy.
