What Causes Tightness In The Chest And Diarrhea After Taking Vitamin B100 Complex?

Hello, I was taking vitamin b100 com plex from last 10 days and I started feeling bad, tightness in the chest, diarrhea, if I drink or eat anything, starts paiNing in the chest, cannot breathe properly, little headache, feels lots of gas in the chest. Please advise how to fix this side effect of Vitamin B complex 100

Hi,

It is not related to vitamin B supplements. As a first line management you can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
