What Causes Tightness In The Chest And Difficulty In Breathing?

hi, had a baby two weeks ago. for ove a week now, i have been suffering tightness of chest in breathing at my throat area, a region just below the breast and the worst is that i can not lie down in any position. it is as if i am choking to death. i have been sitting to sleep for a week now and i support breathign with my mouth. what is wrong?

Did you have normal delivery or cessarion? If you had surgery, breathlessness may be due to anesthesia during procedure.
