What Causes Tightness In The Chest While Vomiting?

I had too much to drink and vomited. While vomiting my upper breast area would hurt and burn really bad, along with a tightening feeling. This has happened before when i ve been sick and vomited. Usually, when its after the second round of vomiting.

Your symptoms can be related to acid relfux due to vomiting.
I suggest you to use an antacid to relief the symptoms.
I also suggest to use Reglan three times a day for the vomiting.
