What Causes Tightness In The Chest While Yawning?

Sometimes when i yawn and stretch, i feel a tightness in my chest. It feels like a nerve pinch and is enough to make me stop what I m doing and focus on my breathing. After maybe 5 seconds the pain goes away. It happens maybe once every 2 months and has happened as long as I can remember (I am 20 years old). What causes this? Also I am 6 2 and 200 lbs and work out often
