What Causes Tightness In The Limbs Along With Lightheadedness?

why can i have days when i am so lightheaded that i feel i cannot walk straight and my limbs feel so tight and unsteady i fear that they will buckle. i have many days like this but occasionally i will have 1,2 or 3 days when all is good. My eyes worry me so much that i may clean my glasses 50 times a day.

Hello,

The possibility of floaters or cerebrovascular insufficiency or cervical spondylosis or BPPV etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it MRA, ECG, carotid doppler or endovascular ultrasound and ophthalmic examination.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
