What Causes Tightness In The Stomach And Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I have not been feeling well since Wednesday it felt like I had stomach flu. It escalated into something bigger. My stomach tightened up so bad I all most called 911 for help. It has claimed down to just swelling and sharp pain on my right side lower abdomen to my kidney.
