What Causes Tightness In The Throat While Suffering From Congestive Heart Failure?

i have hbp and suffer from congestive heart failure with a defibralator. lately ive had a heaviness and or tightness in my throat and upper chest area feel hard to breath at times but can quickly catch my breath i am on meds but dont always take them at the proper time intervals

The disease you have makes you experience this. Heart pumps blood everywhere and in the lung too where blood is oxygenated. Also you feel pain that comes from the small amount of blood that your heart pumps. Take the pills regularly.
