Pulmonologist 's  Response
thanks for your question
if i would be your treating doctor i would ask your smoking history first

if you are a smoker first thing is quit smoking

now in my opinion possibilities can be
- lymphnode enlargement
-malignancy/ growth
-infective pathology like pneumonitis
- cardiac disease

to rule out these causes i would request for a chest xray , ecg , cect thorax if needed

consider visiting a pulmonologist and disscuss all these modalities and causes so that he can help you better

dont panic, its a matter of concern not that much worrying

thanks
feel free to ask more questions
may god bless you with good health
