What Causes Tightness Of Lower Legs After Cure From Sun Burn?

Hi Dr:I had severe sunburn in my lower legs 3 weeks ago and it cause edema and tremendous pain. I healed after a few weeks but I've noticed that I feel some tightness in my lower legs and an uncomfortable sensation. Should I be worried about this? Could it be the result of the sunburn almost a month later?Thank you.
