What Causes Tightness On Top Of Skull With History Of Mild Stroke?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a tightness on the top right of my skull ,just off center. More of a pressure or weight on the skull. Did have a mild stroke on the right side of my brain last year with no apparent problems.
