What Causes Tightness Under The Left Breast?

What is that squeezing or tightening feeling on the left side under the breast? It is not painful, just annoying because there are times it happens briefly but kind of continuously. I already had a stress test to rule out any heart problem, am strong as a horse.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to muscular spasm and may not be due to any disease, you can try relaxation therapy for this and you would get best result of this, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
