What Causes Tinging Pain In The Arms And Fingers?

I had 2 carpal tunnel hand surgerys 4 years ago. Now on both arms I am getting tingling pain down my arms to my fingers. At one point it was worse when I sat down. Even my neck hurts mostly on the left side. What type of a dr should I seek Thank you

It would be best to see a neurologist. They can determine what part of your nervous system is causing your symptoms.
