What Causes Tingling And Burning Sensation In The Thighs?

Last night I woke up with a feeling in my thigh. It felt like it was being squeezed, then there was a tingling, burning sensation that moved around. It only lasted a few minutes. After that there was a numbness. I woke up this morning and all seems fine.
