What Causes Tingling And Constant Watering From The Eye?

I went swimming the other day and lost one of my contacts, when I put a new one in the next morning when the sun shined threw my eye started to hurt really bad. After that my eye has been stinging and watering constantly, even after taking both contacts out and wearing glasses. Its given me a pretty good migraine as well. Any ideas what could be the cause of my eye doing what its doing?
