What Causes Tingling And Numbness In The Arm?

I am 39yr female and for the last week have had tingling in my L. hand that has slowly went up my forarm and this evening my L. face is starting to feel numb. I've had hearburn or indigestion on my l. center chest. i have taken tums and baking soda with water with little effects.
