General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The symptoms you describe could be caused by the following medical conditions:
-Lombosciatica given the trajectory you describe
-Osteoarthritis of lombar vetebrae/right hip
-Radiculalgia
-Neuropathy
-Metabolic/ionic imbalances
No matter the cause, treatment principle is almost the same.Treatment options include: different lines of pain medications depending on intensity of pain, steroid shots/infiltration occasionally, physiotherapy or surgery.
I will suggest you see your Doctor for examination and management.A CT scan or simple X ray of your hip/back may be helpful to reveal the exact cause of the problem.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
