What Causes Tingling And Pricking Sensation Spreading From Tongue To Arms?

I was sitting up in bed with my laptop on my lap when all of a sudden i got a warm/tingling/pin pricking sensation in my tongue. It kind of feels like pins and needles. It has spread to my chin, face, ears, neck, upper torso, and arms. do you think it could be from moving the wrong way or the angle in which i was looking at my computer?
