What Causes Tingling And Pulsing Sensation In The Groin?

A tingling sensation in the groin area. It is pulsing (coming and going) every few seconds. It is not painful, just weird. It started about 3 days ago. No other symptoms. I m 62 years old. Male in relatively good health. Just saw my Dr. for a well visit last week. No problems reported. Blood work is good. PSA test is 4.0. This symptom started after my visit. I don t think this is critical, just weird. I can t feel the vibration from the outside with my fingers. No sure what is going on. Any thoughts?
