What Causes Tingling And Pulsing Sensation In Thigh And Calf?

hi there. just a quick enquiry. i currently have a broken fibula. i have been experiencing light tingling, warm sensations and pulsing mainly in my thigh and occasionally in down into my calf. there is no pain other than that of the break. just a wee bit worrying though. wondered if you may know what it is?
