What Causes Tingling Around Shoulder Blade In The Morning?

Hi i had a fracture in the clavicle bone few yaers back. I took proper treatment including physiotheraphy. Now i have tingling effect on the back that is around the scapula/shoulder blade. it ocurrs specially in the morning. Please suggest further actions to take care of it.
