What Causes Tingling At The Tip Of The Penis While Urinating?

I have a yellowish discharge i noticed at the tip of my penis today ,prior to that i have been experincing tingling in the tip of the penis especialy when i urinate, i had gonarhia before and i was way more painful than this,in fact the discharge isnt causing any pain,and when i had the infamous claps i swoled up in my penis, and it felt like somebody stuck a hot needle in my penis when i urinate, im going to the clinic tommorow ,just trying to see what you have to say on this

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the symptoms you are complaining of, it appears that you could be having inflammation of urethra called 'urethritis'.
Kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.
Based on the report, you need to be treated with an appropriate course of antibiotics.
Kindly consult Urologist with the reports for proper evaluation and management.
