What Causes Tingling Below Breast Near The Liver And Gallbladder?

I am experiencing tingling below my breast on the right hand side of my body near the liver gall bladder. Very healthy 68 years old 5' 4". Some pain radiating slightly into my back below my shoulder blade. I have had 2 different Hyde scans, no stones. I also have hegenomias ( not sure of spelling) in my liver.
