What Causes Tingling & Burns In Hand?

i fell about 25 feet from a tree i was cutting branches from, hit a 2x4 (broke it) then hit cement and went unconcious for about 10 minutes. nothing broken, but arms and hands tingle and burn. the E.R. did as much as they could (x-ray) and sent me home. my mental state doesn't seem exactly right. what happened to me?
