What Causes Tingling Feeling At The Right Side Of The Body?

I have had a feeling come up my right side of my body. It runs from my knee cap up to the right side of my face and it when it tingles it feels like I am running a fever and about to get sick. But. my stomach doesnt hurt. Whats wrong its been like this for two months now
