What Causes Tingling Feeling In The Lips That Extends To Esophagus?

Good morning i have a tingling feeling on my lower lip which extends to my esophagus because I feel like itchy on the inside which helps if I.make myself cough. What could it be? I feel like this for.couple days and then.fine for weeks or months then the sentation comes back.
