What Causes Tingling From Head To Toe With Rise In Body Temperature?

My body tingles from head to toe, at all times of the day or night. It seems to be caused by a rise in body temperature. I have no hives or skin rash and if i go someplace cool, it goes away. It has happened all winter and I am not looking forward to summer.
