What Causes Tingling Hands And Feeling Vibrations In Head?

While shopping I heard and felt vibrations I n my head - then I picked up a light package and all finger tips on both. Hands were tingling and I felt this electricity like I could do something. When hands were empty it stayed with me and then I started to talk to a friend about something else and had moved from the area and it went. Away. This has happened to me twice befoe.

It can be intensive tremour of hand. it starts when when some work is tobe done by hand. it is also called intensive tremor. it is a neuro phychological problem. it can be treated and cured.
