What Causes Tingling In Arms And Legs After Urinating Or Passing Bowel Movement?

I HAVE TINGLING EVERYTIME I URUNATE AND HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT IN MY ARMS AND LEGS .......ONE TIME I DID PASS OUT FOR A FEW SECOUNDS AND GOT UP AND WAS FINE... IT IS REALLY PRONOUNCED IF I HOLD MY PEE FOR A LONG TIME. IM NOT GOING TO PAY DONT KNOW HOW GOOD YOU ARE ...SORRY

Your symptoms are suggestive of vagal nerve over-stimulation, which is a common problem in sensitive patients. I would recommend trying to pee regularly and avoiding over-distension of the urinary bladder.
