What Causes Tingling In Back And Cheek Bones?

Hi. I have a problem with a disk in my neck. I'm 46 and have put off anything surgery related by taking Tylenol. For the past two weeks, I've experience odd tingling/burning in my back and buttocks. Then the past 2 days my left cheekbone has felt tingly also. Any thoughts?
