What Causes Tingling In Feet And Lightheadedness?

I have been having minor tingling in my feet for a long time, nothing major, but it is there. This weekend I started feeling light headed, having fairly severe heartburn, and some general weakness. I have also recently not been able to wear my contacts for more then a few hours or my eyes turn bright red. Maybe this is unrelated.
