What Causes Tingling In Finger And Fluttering In Rib Cage?

i have tingling in my left middle finger and constant buzzing on the heel of my left foot, recently i am having a fluttering feeling in between my rib cage and constant hissing and ear whoosing noise, please help as i also have a pain in a spot on the right side of my rib cage, i am 43 year old female and i am 5 ft 6 inches tall
