What Causes Tingling In Hands And Feet And Swelling Above Calf Muscles?

I am 48 and have suffered from tingleness in hands and feet for approx 6 months .recently i also have tighness in both calf's and also swelling above calf muscles. I am fit and do a lot of sport but cannot run at all 7 if it gets any worse i'll not be able to walk .when i walk at lunchtimes i struggle and legs feel slightly wobbly. i am sometimes lightheaded slightly. I have gene for iron build up in body.doc says levels ok and B12 ok
