What Causes Tingling In Hands, Dizziness And Low Heart Rate After Drinking Coffee?
Hello Dr. I usually drink a cup of coffee once a week or Nescafe or cappucino only once a week, and my question is why when I drink it my hands would tingle and I got dizzy and I had slow heartbeat , I would feel like I was dying. One day I fainted after drinking a cup of Nescafe ... Do I have a certain lack ? and thank you
As per your query you have tingling in hands, dizziness and low heart rate after drinking coffee . Well the symptoms you mention in query occur due to may reasons , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to caffeine allergy . I would uggest you to stop taking coffee immediately , drink plenty of water to flush out caffeine as quickly as possible and take benadryl twice a day . If condition doesn't get better in 24 hours then consult allergy specialist for proper examination . Doctor may give adrenaline short and may refer you to cardiologist if he/she find problem to be related with heart condition like stroke .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
