I am 35, keep fit (maybe too much) running, cycle, weights...4 days ago, I did weighted squats and then heavy deadlifts one after the other...I held my breath in the deadlift (mistake) and almost passed out. I realize that suats (working legs) and deadlifts (working the uppert body, are not always good to do one fater the other. I almost passed out. I felt myself go but stayed with it. Since then, I have had slightly tingly hand and arms...my feet were cold (that's now gone) and my breathing is shallow, as if struggling to breath. I know this is like hyperventilation...or was it a asthma attack...mild stroke. H Attack?
