What Causes Tingling In Lower Abdomen During Pregnancy?

I m 27 year old female 5ft 3 weighing 95 kg i m currently 5 to 11 weeks pregnant and had very strong symptoms up until now, still slight nausea and heartburn but have tingling in lower abdomen is this normal? I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks in october so not sure if just paranoid. Have wind pain every so often aswell.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion nausea and heart burn are routine in pregnancy.The tingling of lower abdomen
might be non specific.Sometimes skin stretching in pregnancy might also cause similar complaints.Apply moisturizer twice daily.So do not worry.If there is pain abdomen with or without spotting kindly get examined by your doctor.Take adequate rest and avoid physical strain.
