What Causes Tingling In Right Hand With Swollen Knuckles?

I have been having tingling in my right hand and arm. The pain goes all the way to my neck. It feels like the muscle in my neck is tight. Sometimes my knuckles really hurt and swell. Any idea what is go on. Sometimes my fingers lock up. The ring finger, thumb and pinky finger is affected more than the others.
