What Causes Tingling In The Arms And Dizziness After Wasp Sting?
An hour ago I was stung by paper wasps. Three on one arm, once on the other. They are quite hot and red and have left large welts and swelling too. My left lower arm, hand and fingers are tingling. I feel a bit light headed and slightly headachey. I have a history of allergies to bees and sandfly bites. Should I be concerned

In the context of allergies to bees, multiple sting bites and then feeling lightheadedness is always a concern. I personally understand you should urgently go to ER for assessment management. At the moment take some antiallergic like Zyrtec for relief but go to ER as soon as possible.
