What Causes Tingling In The Arms And Head Post Head Injury?

I slipped and hit my head hard on concrete this morning. Was able to get up but felt tingling in left arm/hand and pressure/tingling in front of head. About an hour later went to sleep. Woke up this afternoon with pressure/tightness in front of head and stiff neck on left side. I'm scheduled to work a flight to Los Angeles and back to DFW later tonight. (I'm a flight attendant) Should I be concerned about flying?
