What Causes Tingling In The Hands,legs And Tongue?

Hello..Just recently, I find my hands , feet and tongue tingling. I notice it most when I sit down and get off my feet. I am 57 and in good shape. No negative health conditions to my knowledge. Very odd though. Any ideas beside the usual diabetes? I have JUST had blood work and am in great shape.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be nonspecific but of course differential diagnosis may be the matter of concern and for that better to get done some test if you are hypertensive, and CT brain is the option (For safe side it can be done even in the absence of history of hypertension) hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
