What Causes Tingling In The Right Side Of The Head And Hot Sensation In Ears?

Hello doctor,
I feel tingling in the right side of my head and feel my right ears hotter than the other. I don't feel any pain.
The tingling goes from head to the neck. Only half side. I am 47 years old. I would like to know if it is just stress or should I go to visit a neurologist to have a scan.

Well , it all depends on how long you are having the symptoms? are you diabetic or hypertensive? are you a smoker? are you on any other medication?
