What Causes Tingling In Top Of Head And Blocked Ear/sinus?

Hello, yesterday evening I stood up and felt as if I was going to pass out, my heart was thumping and it eventually passed but my face had some numbness (like a dentist injection wearing off) and top of my head tingled and is still like it this morming. I also now feel as if my right sinus and ear are blocked. Could this be the cause or could it be as a result?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to elevated blood pressure or occipital neuralgia with right middle ear infection. Use water vapor inhalation thrice a day for five days. Please check your blood pressure, get it done an ECG. Avoid excessive salt intake, use tablet Levocetrizine for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
