What Causes Tingling In Upper Body With Head Rush?

My friend is experiencing tingling in her upper body (hands, arms, face/neck, and off and on in her chest) she took an allergy pill in case she is having an allergic reaction to something. earlier tonight she was also getting head rushes when she stood up and has felt nauseous. she's only 19, so I don't think she's having a heart attack. Also her heart beat is a little elevated, in part due to her being freaked out by what's going on. should we take her to a hospital?
