What Causes Tingling & Numbness In The Limbs After Running?

I went on a 75 minute run yesterday and my hand and feet started to tingle about a third of the way through. This often happens on shorter runs. This time, they stayed tingly and numb until several hours after I stopped running. What could be causing this?
