My arms are tingling especially my right arm and my right leg feels heavy when I drive, also feel tingling sometimes in my back. What could be wrong? I am 55 years old 5 foot 4 and weigh 156 lbs. I have been taking 100 mg niacin and 60 mg ginkgo biloba.
