Recently, on a trip to high altitude, I took some pills to prevent problems, but quickly I felt tingling in my hands and feet. I continued to take the pills for a few more days. But now...a month later, I sometimes feel the same tingling in my hands and feet...What's going on?

If I am your doctor I suggest you that there are two possibilities, one is allergic reaction second one is vaso constricrion because of anticholinergic drugs like promethazine which is used as motion sickness drugs.
