What Causes Tingling On The Left Side Of The Body?

For the past week or so, when I wake up in the morning I have tingling on my left side (arm and leg) - like they fell asleep. I can shake it off, but it takes a while to completely go away. I've been waking up with it just about every morning for the past week. What could this be?
