What Causes Tingling Pain In Neck, From Base Of Spine To Legs?

I have tingling ache pain down both of my legs from the base of my spine and now my neck is affected. I cannot get my legs and feet warm, not even in bed with electric blanket. Have put bed socks on but now have headache. Like this for 2 days and feel depressed
