This started yesterday. I woke up at 1:30 AM due to a tingling painful headache but only in the right side of my eye (between by eye and eyebrow). Then like 1:30 PM while were having a quiz in one of our subject, a had a fever, but disappeared an hour later. The day after that, right now, the same headache attacked me, but now I spit blood. I n not having cold or cough but i think the blood comes from the nasal cavity because it drips to my throat and if i don t spit it, the blood won t allow me to breath so... Please help

Your description points is to us involvement the secretions being drained in to nasal cavity forceful attempt to clear nose can lead to blood from inflamed sinus lining. A detailed ENT checkup would confirm the possibility....need ENT specialist's consultation. By the time decongestant pull like Zynarest would help.
